How much do you like the colleagues you work with? Do you feel “at home” while in the office? Do you work productively with people who are “like you”, or you are opened to work with people who are different? Why?
The world is becoming increasingly diverse, and at the same time – unified. What does make humans similar and alike – our culture. What are our many cultures: national culture, ethnic culture, democratic culture, corporate culture, family culture, communication culture?
Join Global Citizen Talk on 17 December to discuss:
– What is diversity among people, how does it manifest itself?
– How can you describe inclusion? What does it mean to you?
– Do you feel that your unique attributes, traits, characteristics, skills, experience
and background are valued at work?
– What are your major difficulties with people of different cultures?
– Do you ever feel left out at work – either when engaging in work activities or socially?
– What can be done to promote diversity and inclusion culture?
