Everyone is hoping to know, what will happen in future – not only Individuals, but also Governments, Corporations and Scientists. Predicting the future – was made a whole profession, and it eas started by writers, inventing a brw genre, which was later called Science “ fiction, which was able to predict important innovations, unthinkable before, but now – part of everyday reality.
Join us next Tuesday, 15 April, to discuss:
– What were your favorite sci-fi books when you were a child?
– What technologies were sci-fi writers were able to predict?
– Would you say, that forecasting the future is more challenging now than in the past? Why/why not?
– Which of the sci-fi predictions, do you think, will come true in the future?
